Toward the end of July, Mommy and Caden made a trip to the farm to see how everyone was doing. With Jacob down for a visit with Aunt Cindy and Callie right up the road, he had plenty of cousins to play with. The night that we arrived, Aunt Cheryl was at Granny and Grandpa's as well so she read the little cousins a story.
Caden got plenty of attention from Granny and Grandpa and for the first time was not afraid of the farm vehicles.
Since Ben & Ethan were also out of town, Lucy got to come with us and she was in absolute heaven!
Grandpa even made sure that Caden got to see the gator that lives in the pond
And Granny let him drive her tractor
While we were under the shed checking on the boat, Caden found an old wagon and it was his best friend for the weekend. It went everywhere he went. If there's anything you need to know about Caden, it is that he LOVES to push and pull anything that has wheels!
While we were at his house, Uncle CJ took out his remote control helicopter to entertain Caden one night. He thought it was hilarious to watch it fly around the room.
And Caden did his best to talk Uncle CJ into letting him take the lawnmower for a spin, but both he and Mommy said that was a No Go :-)
Meanwhile, Ethan and Daddy spent the weekend fishing and camping with Aunt Donna and Uncle Roger and from what I heard he did a terrific job!
