We celebrated Christmas a little early with PawPaw Forrester and Nana Lindy this year. We actually planned to visit them a week earlier than when we actually made it but on our way up there, Caden started throwing up in the car...always fun! So we turned around and headed home and spent the next week with a virus running through the house.
We finally made it up there and the boys were thrilled to see what they got!
Not sure why, but Caden is into throwing his hands up in the air when he's excited,
so Ethan joined him :-)
The big unveiling...
While Ethan did the "big job" Caden had a blast sitting on top of the box. I think he would have been perfectly pleased if the box had been empty because he spent most of the evening hanging out just like that! But Ethan was super excited, it was a bounce house!
Caden also got a special present just like Ethan did when he was his age.
Nana Lindy crocheted him a blanket :-)
We wound down the evening doing what all little boys do...playing cars.
The next day turned out cold and rainy. What a perfect day to turn the basement into a giant bounce house! It truly went wall to wall and the boys had an absolute blast! It was hard to get a good picture with the slide because it is so big, but Oh My, what an awesome time they had!
And by the end of the afternoon, the neighbors were bouncing with us, too!
