First trip to the Circus

Saturday Ethan took his first trip to the circus! Mimi came into town for the event and we met Aunt Wanda and Aunt Trish at the arena while Caden stayed home with the terrific Miss Elizabeth(almost as terrific as our Ms. Kristin whom we miss SOOO much). With so many things going on at the circus, I was a little concerned that Ethan would be scared but he was mesmerized! The biggest result from this event was total picture overload and an obscene amount of money spent on circus food and souvenirs! I finally narrowed it down to these..On our way! Ethan gave me his cheese face, but refused to look.

This was exactly how he looked almost the whole night- his mouth hanging open because he was so enthralled in everything that was going on while he held on to his special souvenir.
--As soon as we got to our seat, one of the vendors came by and Mimi totally thought that he had to have it. Well, Daddy had also set off to find a special souvenir for him and returned right after that with the exact same thing! Now we have one for little brother, too :-)

Love this look on his face...Totally into the elephants and tigers! By far, his favorite time of the night. He clapped every time he saw them.
